I've been going to Amy's since they first opened...every three weeks for a pedicure. I've never been disappointed. They're friendly, fun, spotless, professional, and Amy can freehand the greatest designs on your nails! I've had manicures done, too...and once again have not ever been disappointed in the quality of the work. The one and only reason I don't go there more often for a manicure is because I have silk wraps, and they don't do wraps there. But they never object to doing a polish change or helping me out with a quick fix for a broken nail. There's always a cold drink and a friendly smile, a great foot and leg massage (and hand and arm if you get a manicure), and a back massage while you wait for your nails to dry.
And all at such reasonable rates you'd be hard pressed to complain!

Great food at REASONABLE prices. Have been a frequent visitor to the restaurant for over 6 years and have always been impressed with the quality, quantity and flavor of the food and all at a most reasonable price. Service is fast and friendly - everyone makes you feel welcome. Whenever we have out-of-town guests, Paesano's is the first restaurant we visit!

I had my car towed to Sun Tire(San Pablo) because I could not change my tire myself (it was very damaged, and refused to come off). They provided the tow (which was a bit pricey) and the tow company that the used was prompt, and friendly, so that was good. The manager that works there, his name is Charles, and he was very friendly, and helpful. He worked with me on the price for the repairs(and tow costs), and kept it within the price range that I had quoted him. Everything went well, and I am very happy with the work they did for me. I fully recommend this shop. Thank You....Gene S.

I have been going to the Ocean Club since June 2003 (opened March 2003). It is a pretty cool place to party. There are different rooms. There is the Dune Bar, which is open and has an outside patio just next to the dunes of Jax Beach, there is the dance room where DJs spin records of all types and there are pool tables as well. Ocean Club has a little something for everyone. I would reccommend going to Ocean Club.
PROS: great djs, outside patio on beach
CONS: can be extremely crowded in the summer

4Stars Actually the rating I prefer is 3-1/2 stars.
But because this diner is one of only a very few eateries at the Beaches that is open and serving a full menu past the witching hours of 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. (open until 2:00 a.m.) I gave it a 4 star rating.
After trying many items I have decided the omelets (especially Athenian) are one of the best dishes on the varied menu!
The wait staff are exceedingly helpful and patient. Lingering over coffee is not frowned upon!

Fantastic burgers, hot dogs not to believe (they use Boar's Head hot dogs and certified Angus beef,) the best Philly Cheese Steak that I have found in Jax, and multiple other delicous subs and sandwiches. You can even have a beer with your meal. In my booke the best of its kind.
Pros: fantastic food, great value, friendly people
Cons: no air conditioning, no table service
