I took my son to Dr. Barsamian's office for an evaluation. The visit was pretty good. Dr. Barsamian was very professional and so was his assistant. However, a few days later I got a statement in the mail and I had some things that I didn't understand. So I thought I should call to find out some info. Can I say that the person who answered the phone (her name is Jackie) was so rude!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She was not willing to try and help me understand. Excuse me if I don't understand her mumbo jumbo! She made me feel like I was bothering her and she didn't have time for me. Thanks to her, I will not bring my son back to have his procedure done. I'm going to find someone else. Sorry Dr. Barsamian. I was willing to give you my business but I guess your staff doesn't want it. Jackie needs to be more understanding and helpful or else you're going to lose more clients.
