Our son received therapy from Dr. Horning's Therapist from February of 2009 until September of 2009 - their therapy accomodations were great for getting there on a saturday and not missing school. The therapist was well schooled in what she was doing, very dedicated and compassionate and an always positive person. Her encouragement and enthusiam kept my son going and he completed his therapy sessions 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule. Very impressed with every staff member, all dedicated and very polite and professional. I highly recommend dr. horning to people with vision problems and have sent several people there since our visit. Pros: Great Exam - Great Therapists Cons: Long drive

My daughter completed an exam in September. Only 3 months later she needed to be re-examined and fitted for new glasses since the initial exam was inaccurate. Secondly we paid out of pocket until our insurance was able to send us a card. We were assured we would be reimbursed by the office. The reimbursed us less than 1/2 of what was owed. I've had to report them to the business board and United Health Care for negligence. They seem nice but beware, they lack professionalism completely. Pros: None Cons: Inaccurate Exam and poor response to phone inquiries.
