From the moment I first contacted this firm, I was unimpressed and taken offense. The receptionist was rude, spoke too quickly, and seemed too impatient. Perhaps this was due in part to the long name of the company, however, I was barely able to get a word in edge-wise before I was ushered into "Please Hold" only to be forgotten. I eventually hung up. I did call back and was transferred to a woman who was supposed to help me, however during our conversation, I could hear another woman in the background, yelling vulgarities and profanities. It seemed as if she was on a personal phone call, however I could clearly hear her conversation. I found a polite excuse to hang up.
Can we say, bad impression? What kind of person like that is able to be employed by a law firm, let alone another company. I will be calling the other 100 lawyers representing injured victims. I feel I've already been a victim of this firm.
