i once again writing about sears roebuck located on the arlington expressway.i bought a vaccum from them in sept.it had to be fixed after 3 months.guess what?its broke again! ...

bad service 1/5/2006

on september 9,2005 i purchased a vaccum from sears.i took an extended warranty because the women said its great because no questions asked,we just exchange it.wrong!!!! it broke down,sears would not exchange it. they made metake it to their repair shop.i was forced to take a broom and sweep my carpet,i am a disabled woman who was scammed by sears. more
