When I first moved to Jacksonville and was on my mother's insurance policy I went to this dentist office once. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Each person I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. The hygienist I had was evil with the dental floss though and pushed way too hard. But that seems to be a common thing with all the dentists I've been to (aside from Dr. Strickland's office - see my review about them). I had X-Rays, one filling, and a routine cleaning. They did it very well and I hardly had to wait past my scheduled appointment time to get in. Their office is also very nice with a comfortable and stylish building and waiting area. After I got married and my husband and I got our own dental insurance with Humana I wanted to go back to Kurosko because of the good experience I had there and because my family recommends them so highly. Unfortunately, they do not take Humana insurance. It all ended up okay though because I love the dentist I go to now. But if you live near Normandy and have another insurance provider, I highly recommend Kurosko's office.
