A couple of our favorite paella places fell victims to this crazy economy, so we've been looking for a new restaurant that serves it properly, and we found it!
The only thing that doesn’t make sense about this place is that is never packed. WHY?
I guess that is better for us, lol.
Food is awesome, portions are large and there is a battalion of servers, all willing and ready with a friendly smile in their faces.
We personally don’t care for a guitarist singing to us while we eat, but since a lot of people I know likes it, I'll not list it as a con.
This was a nice addition to our regular restaurants
Pros: Food quality, attentive servers, prices

When I first moved here, I tried all the restaurants along 74th St multiple times. This one became my favorite and has NEVER disapointed me. In fact, I go there once a week and when I have guests who like Indian, this is the spot I take them to. The selection is always great. They rotate their dishes every so often, so there is some variety depending on the time of day and day of the week, but my favorite dishes are always chicken chili, the cauliflower with potatoes, and the eggplant. The only thing I would complain about is their choice of Jello for dessert every so often (!?) All their other desserts are good.
Pros: Appropriately spicy, great selection, not too crowded

(also one of the top reasons i live where i do a mere 5 minute walk from the joint!) when i'm up, for whatever reason, at 3 am and hungry ... i come here. i'm a vegetarian which makes 3 am food rather boring if i go anywhere else. i highly recommend their aloo gobi (curried cauliflower , potatoes and peas). the bhindi (okra) is chewy and wonderful. yet if you get there at 3 am and they're out of the aforementioned dishes, feel free to dig into the mixed vegetables. however do not under any circumstance forget the na'an. you'll need it to soak all the savory goodness up!
Pros: cheap, yummy, fast, yummy
Cons: they run out of stuff sometimes. but that happens when the foods that good!

I loved this place. It has 30 tables spaciously located, great food, desserts and drinks. Professional and friendly staff. They accommodate group luncheons, dinners and parties and it is romantic and is also a great to bring children. I highly recommend it.

the thai food is better here than at 60 thompson, and 1/10 the price. awesome lunch deals. every dish here which i've had other places is far superior here. i think the service is really friendly and nice and quick and efficient. i love the durian ice cream. i love the soups. i love everything about this place... lots of great meals here, lots of great memories here...

Their counter service is less than desirable, it's cold and no one knows how old it is. Their delivery of fresh hot pizza... wow, it's addictive. Amazing crust (and I hate pizza crust typically), great cheese, sauce isn't too sugary... it was perfect. I used to always make fun of NY Pizza like Rays and such, but this pizza is great!

Anyone who is looking for excelletn spanish food can go to Tierras Colombianas in Jackson Heights, NY. The food is delicious and it's affordable. I always get the # 2 which is steak, rice and beans, arepa, avocado, pork strip and a egg. The dish is 12.00 and it can fill a stomach with no problem. They have other delicious dishes to choose from also.

Everything in this place is fantastic. I love the food, the service and the ambience of this place.
I have dined at this places so many times and all the time, I'm sill a fan and highly recommed this place of anyone who have a high standard in dining out. It could compare to any 5 or 4 stars restaurant in Manhattan. I'm actually going there on my B-day this coming May6.lol
Pros: Good and excellent food. Fantastic service .
Cons: The place is not that big.It could be crowded.
