From the first step of purchasing my car, until the last, I was given the royal treatment. I spoke with the owner several times before I even went there. He knew my needs exactly by the time I arrived. He assigned me to a fantastic salesman, (Marty). Marty was briefed as to my needs for purchasing a vehicle. He helped me through the whole process. What was really neat is that once the purchase is made, they announce you as a new car owner. The park your care in a special place and escort you to your car. They make sure all of your questions are answered, and you are on your way. This dealership is located in Jackson, CA. It was recommened to me. But it was well worth the drive to go to a place where you will recieve excellent service. PROS: The owner is on-site, there to greet and get to know potiential buyers CONS: It was a long drive for me, but well worth the trip.
