Unlike many zoos that merely offer informative placards to educate their visitors, the Cougar Mountain Zoo attempts to give personal attention to each individual who comes. Though the zoo is closed to the public some days, you can prearrange a tour or private function any day. An annual casino night, a wildlife art show and Zoo Snooze slumber parties for kids lure fund-raising dollars.
