I used this company in the summer and they were excellent and very helpful. they did not always show up the day they promised but generally the work was well done. In October I paid for a month (2 visits) and only received one. They did not acknowledge this. I signed up for winter service (once a month) in October and they never showed up. they also never returned phone calls when I called to find out when they would be coming. When I finally spoke with someone in March, they were rude and essentially informed me that they didn't need my business. Please take your business elsewhere - these people do not deserve it. Pros: when they show up they do ok Cons: they don't show up. they are rude
