Garage Clean out

I read some of the reviews about Busby Junk Removal and the junk removal service they provide on this website and it seemed like a reputable junk hauling company so I decided to visit there website ( link ). I noticed that they had a new website so I checked it out ( link ). The website was clear on how they priced, which was by the volume the junk filled up in the truck. They also had a junk pricing animation that demonstrated how much each volume would cost. I then decided to compare their junk hauling prices to some other companies. The other companies I compared them to were the Rubbish Truck, Dump-it and Got Junk. I found that Rubbish Truck and Dump-it cost about 10% more then Busby Junk Removal and I could not find the pricing on Got Junk's web page, which made me very wary about using their service. So I decided to call Busby Junk Removal. I talked to their business owner on the phone and he gave me a good idea about what it would cost and I set an appointment. The Busby Junk Removal truck pulled up to my drive way, I showed them the junk in the garage and left them to it. 45 minutes later they were done and were sweeping up my garage. What a terrific service, on time, professional and courteous, you don't get that everyday.

I had a very good experience with Busby from beginning to end. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and provided a lot of detailed information on their rates. He was the first company to contact me. The two that came to collect the items were 10 minutes early. They were fast. And they were cooperative when I had movers there as well (who were late) so they could not part their truck as close to the junk because of the moving truck. Also, their rates are extremely reasonable. I contacted 2 other companies and they were by far the cheapest. I am referring them to my sister.

Bait and Switch Operation?

I contacted Busby Junk Removal after reading the reviews on Judy's Book. The gentleman I spoke with was courteous, and quoted me a price of $75 for removing a queen size mattress. Because $75 is their minimum fee, he specifically stated that I could add more to the truck, and that his crew would tell me when the $75 price was "met." Upon arrival to the house, the price suddenly became $120 to haul out the mattress and three 30-gallon garbage bags of trash. The truck driver presented it as a take-it-or-leave it offer. My mistake was telling Busby Junk Removal that I was in a hurry, and vacating a rental house. As a result, I became a victim of a classic bait-and-switch scam. As a result, avoid doing business with Busby Junk Removal - unless you want more stress and less cash than you expected.
By the way, I suspect the preceding reviews were written by the company owners.

Busby Junk Removal -- Outstanding

I just used the services of Busby Junk Removal to haul away items from my garage. What terrific service! They were very accommodating on the pick-up time schedule -- were right on time and got right to work. They were professional and courteous. Their prices were very reasonable and less than the national competition. I highly recommend them the next time you need help removing the junk from your life! Their phone number is 1-877-404 JUNK.

Busby Junk Removal - Great Service

These folks are both fast and professional. Took all of our unwanted items, yard trash and old washer/dryer. Cleaned up and left within 30 minutes. They also help us with where to take our paint for free disposal. Would recommend them to anyone.
