My experience with them has been horrid since they got my money! First, they charged me for a blower that was standard on the fireplace insert. The refund didn't include the tax I paid. They told me my insert would be delivered within two weeks, installed shortly after that. After a month, a call said it was finally in, the installer would call to set up a time. No, I couldn't schedule that through them. When the installer showed up, he didn't know the stove well enough to realize a part was missing. Now I get to wait longer. I am hoping when the installer comes back out, he is able to take care of the installation problems that happened before. So, a month and a half after giving them my money, I am still waiting! Can I give them less than one star?

The people on the phone are nice as are the repair men, but they showed up late and took a long time to fix the problem. It's nice to have one service that can repair many things, but I think I will call around first next time I need something fixed.
