I got shuffled to three different counters for help, waiting about 15 minutes before anyone said "you need something?" Then proceeded to tell me sorry but I was busy so "What do you want?" At that point, I left and will NEVER go to Kinkos for anything..... try Office Depot. Great service and pleasant staff. Pros: none Cons: Very inattentive and RUDE employees

I've been into the Issaquah Kinko's dozens of times and have always been impressed by the level of service. I usually have to make A LOT of copies and Ricky is always helpful and respectful. He's saved my job on several occasions. Five Stars!

I've used this FedEx store a few times and have regretted every visit. The staff is clueless and void of personality or customer service. All of the services offered at FexEx stores are overpriced and completely impersonal. I make every effort to use other local mailing services such as the UPS store or Mail Clinic. If you are looking for a great place to send your packages or make a copy...you'd be better off at just about ANY other place than this FedEx store.
