Unfortunately I was their loyal customers for too long (10 years) and it cost us way too much. Once I had persistent car trouble for nearly a year. My car was seen by Chevrolet Of Issaquah 4 or 5 times. They kept replacing expensive parts with no result only to find out later that it was a simple & inexpensive part that needed to be changed. The part ended up costing us thousands of dollars in stead of a hundred or so. Recently we tried our local car repair place - what a difference it made. We will never go back to Chevrolet Of Issaquah -waste of money & time. Do not repeat our mistake. Be smart and fix your car at other reputable & reliable places. Pros: best place to waste your money if you have too much Cons: persistent car problems

They told us we were financed at one rate, then renegged on it two weeks later, that's two weeks we had already had the truck . Not only is this illegal, but then they had to personally attack my husband who was merely trying to retain the bill of goods he had been sold. cg Pros: we like the product. Cons: poor customer care.
