Do not trust 9/14/2012

1 point for friendliness of staff. -10 points for telling me that I needed $6,000.00 in gum work done. A second opinion recommended a deep cleaning and said that if I took care I might never need the services that Sterling said I needed now. Shame on them! more

BAD 4/15/2012

I would not any one to go to Dr. Joe I have never went to a dentist that started working on your teeth and left you and went and worked on atleast 2 other patients,he didn't seam to care about you. I was in a lot of pain. I also think the clinic was not clean,the chairs was old nothing was up to date.I don't want anyone to go thro a very bad time I did. I also paid a lot too........Beware more

I went to the mesquite location.I have never been talked so hateful to by a receptionist at any dentist I have been to.She was also to busy dealing with personal business on the phone than to acknowledge I was ready to pay my bill.The atmosphere is not very sanitary there was an employee bring a stray dog in to the office. more

Happy and Smiling 7/4/2011

I had read the bad reviews before I went but was willing to give them a try for a consultation for new dentures. The price was very reasonable, and the dentures are great. I felt like it was a very professional atmosphere and I couldnt find anything wrong with the treatment I received there. I have a new brilliant smile and and it is thanks to Sterling Dental in Irving. more

Sterling Dental Center is awesome 9/21/2010

I have used Sterling Dental since I had a previous bad experience with a dentist who seemed to do unneccessary procedures. I initially went for a second opinion. I found out my sneaking suspicion was right. I did not need nearly the work my previous dentist had suggested. It ended up saving me lots of money and pain. The staff is great. They are honest. And they are always ready and on time when I arrive. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Great care...no pain! 7/21/2009

My husband and I went to Sterling for checkups and cleaning. A very good experience! The hygienist was excellent as was Dr. Roland. All good care at a very reasonable price! Clean and professional atmosphere. more

An average place. 8/21/2005

There is nothing wonderful here. Everyhing is same and they do the same set of procedures every time you go there. I went there fo a basic tooth cleaning and they made me do a deep cleaning. The bad thig was they found some decay when they did the deep cleaning. So in effect I went there for my basic cleaning for free from insurance company and I end up spending $200 out of pocket. more
