This place is a joke! I was told I was going to get zero down with a special program, they knew I had no car at the time and had to take a taxi. I paid $80 to get there and did a bait and switch on me and another salesperson told me they need several thousand down. So I was stuck in irving for several hours with no way to get home which was a hour away. So I paid almost $200 for both ways. They never cared, they are cold & heartless that only care about themselves. Zandra is a joke. Thanks a lot!

We had went to this dealer a few months back and the salesman was very friendly so we thoght we would go back to this dealer when we where ready to get a new car. So we went back last week but the salesman we had spoke to was not there so the manager puts us with another salesman. This was a not a good salesman at all!! We told him what we wanted and how much cash we had to put down. He shows us a New Pilot and we loved it but then he tells us a few minutes later we could not have it for I didnt have any credit on my report. It wasnt bad credit it just wasnt any for I pay cash fro everything I can. So he starts showing us used cars that we kept saying we didnt like or want yet he would stand there and keep telling us about the car anyhow. I also kept telling him that we would only buy either a HONDA or a TOYOTA and yet he would show us off the wall cars by other manufactors. He let there and went straight to the Arlington Tx Dealer and got a NEW car for the same price he said we could not have with no problem at all.
