I ordered a pair of boots on 12/22/08 I got the email confirmation that I should receive the boots on 1/5...after 2 days passed and i didn't have the boots I emailed the company to find out what was going on, I spoke to Linda Nguyen which at was first was nice and told me she was going to get my boots out to me that she was very sorry that boots had not been shipped out. She sent the boots but they were the wrong boot! I called her and again she was very sorry, she sent me a shipping label so that i can sent the boots back...well she sent me the wrong label and the boots were sent back to me!! I called her to tell her what had happened and again she was very sorry. To make a long story short she sent me the wrong pair of boots 3 times!!! No one over there can get it right and now that I want to cancel my order and get my money back they tell me they are not sure how long it will take for my account to be credited!!! It's been over a month now and I still don't have me boots or my money back!!!! And I never got a call back from nobody at that company i always has to call them!! I will NEVER order anything from that company ever again!!
