The Melting Pot is a great place to have dinner with friends. Fun time and the food is great. Price isnt cheap buy it is well worth it. Highly Recommend!!!

My wife and I were first introduced to this restaurant via Entertainment books years ago. My wife loves this place especially the dessert even though their service were slow and their servers are very non-retentive. However, when I took my wife to the restaurant for our first mother's day celebration, I was surprised by the speed of the waiter. For those of you who had never been a fondue place before, the waiter/waitress will bring your course to you uncooked and allow you to cook your own meal in the specially prepared broth. Usually my wife and I had to wait for a while for the waiter/waitress to come after we are done with the cooking. We were able to finish the meal in about 2 hours versus the typical 3 hour meal. The overall atmosphere was great and the food were plenty. The beef could have been better, but the rest were great. (We had the spanish artichoke dip which was greate (the fiesta was greate too) and the mushroom salad.) If there is a special occasion and you want to treat someone to a romantic dinner. This will be a great place for you. If you have someone special that have a sweet tooth, take them here for the dessert late at night.

This place sounded like so much fun to go to, but it just ended up being a waste! I was ready to pay any price for such yummy food but just ended up with a huge bill and frustration!! I'm usually an easy going person but the menu was extremely confusing, the service was horrible, and the food was okay. The worst part was cooking your own meat. If you must go to this place, only get the dessert dip which is half way worth the trip!

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, but we never got around to it. So a few weeks ago, we finally made a reservation and were really looking forward to it. We waited for a while despite the reservation. Finally we were seated way in the back corner where noone was sitting. I thought, it may be nice, it's quiet and definetly we had a lot of privacy there. Unfortunetly, noone came to serve us. We had to get up twice to ask someone for our server but all we got was, "she will be right with you." We sat there for 20 minutes without being served. It got me feeling like we were seated way in the back because we were the only Asian there and that we were not served because we're Asian. Finally, the server came. No apology whatsoever for keeping us waiting. She didn't come back to check on us either. Once again, we had to get up and ask for someone to get us our check. The main dishes were okay.. if you like fondue, you may enjoy it... very expensive for such small dishes though. One thing we did enjoy was the dessert.. chocolate fondue... very yummy! but again, probably not worth the price... Even though we enjoyed the dessert, we will never go back. For how much they charge you, you would think they would have better service....

It's great! Of course they have the usual American food. I love this place, I recommend it to pretty much everyone! Price are decent! I would come here again for lunch anyday!

the melting pot restaurant is a great fondue place. you pick your food and whatever you want to dip it in. i especially like their dessert where you get to dip strawberries into chocolate. this place is upscale so it's a bit pricey. but it's fun and it has a great atmosphere. also, there's valet parking.

Wow. For a romantic novelty restaurant -- this is it. This place can also acoommodate large groups. It's a fondue restaurant, except it's a little more upscale than you might think. Pick your entree,, then pick your fondue liquid (boulliabase, vegetable oil, etc) and voila; it's brought right out and you cook it yourself. I love the different dipping sauces. If I could live here, I would. Not a great idea for a healthy night out,, but a great treat for speccial occasions.
