The lady photographer (co owner) at the place is great and will do what the customer wants. Willing to work with you until you are satisfied. Her Photoshop skills are exceptional and does great touch up and is highly recommended. She works on most weekdays.
The Indian co-owner of the shop was horrible on my return visit. He wanted his work to be "professional" and will not work with the customer. He has a bad temper and will argue with customer. Our party wanted to interchange between 3 people during one sitting due to the fact we were getting 8 pictures total in the end. So some with father son and some with mother son etc. This is for graduation and it was a joyous occasion. In the mans words, he wanted to do 15 pictures of each sitting due to the fact it was professional, even though the last time I went the lady did only 2-3 for great results . (I mean these are still shots, if it wasn't for the equipment anyone could do these themselves.) Finally we were not allowed to interchange people due to "policy" even though this will only take an extra 5 min and we were willing to make it really quick (we did this last time with the other photographer). So basically if we started with 3 people we had to have all 3 in the picture throughout or he was going to charge for another sitting. There was an argument over this and the man was very rude. Finally when we asked for a CD for the batch of photos we took last time and questioned the man on the resolution, he could only say "the highest." He had to ask a student working there what resolution it was because she knew how to figure it out from the computer. I mean he was ranting about being professional and here he is barely able to use a computer and cannot even answer basic questions.
Therefore, I recommend going during the weekday. If you see a Indian man in the shop, just leave to avoid the headache. However, do patron the shop, because when working with other people there, it was an AWESOME experience!
Pros: Everyone but the male co owner
Cons: male co owner
