I visited Agora with a group in December. It was a Tuesday and the service was wonderful, very friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is chic and elegant; a perfect place for a couple but also works well for group dining due to the unique style of serving. Not to mention the food was fantastic!!! I highly recommend.

Sushi is one of my favorite foods in the world, and once you have tried what you consider to be the BEST EVER AROUND, and then you move 90 minutes away, what do you do? YOU STILL DRIVE THERE AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN because the drive is well worth it.
While living in Irvine, we ate here at least once a week for years and years. Now with the drive, it's a more planned occasion, however this is still our very favorite. The sushi chefs are highly trained as are the waitresses in this full service establishment. I can't agree more about what was said about the wait . . YOU DO WAIT, that is part of choosing a great place. I've often said that I wouldn't mind if this were my LAST MEAL. They also service wine and beer.

Taleo has a unique spin on Mexican food? the food feels really clean and bright. Sometimes, when you go for Mexican food (at least the Americanized version) it can feel really heavy, stick to your bones, etc. Not at all the case with Taleo. And they have this veggie mixture that is served as one of the sides...can't recall the name, but I could eat a vat of it. SO GOOD. And the carnitas. And the ahi appetizer. I could go on. It's one of my favorites.
Pros: Never had a meal there I didn't like

The food (pizzas, pastas, etc.) have been consistantly well-prepared, delicious, and served hot. This establishment is well-known in the community, and the owner gives a portion of ALL proceeds to Cystic fibrosis (CF) Foundation.

I have eaten at this restaurant for many years, and have enjoyed all 3 menus, (breakfast, lunch and dinner). I have also arranged to have office retirement parties there, and have been very happy with both the food and the service. The garden room is a great place to hold a family or office function and the staff will even arrange to have a special tailored menu made up just for the occassion.
The portions of food they provide is more than ample, and I almost always leave with a container of food that can be enjoyed the next day. In my estimation, this is a great Irvine restaurant and I will return many times in the future.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The servers are so helpful and the food is delicious. Prices are reasonable also. Best Chinese restaurant I have found in Southern Orange County!

Beeen going here for ages, love the food, especially the hamburgers, but the menu has something for everyone. Including the wee ones. Irvine location on Barranca is the best manager is always nice, servers really friendly! And they make a nice fish 'n chips!

Ruby's Diner is an awesome location to have your lunch or early dinner. It is situated right on the end of the Pier at Huntington Beach, and gives you a beautiful view of the ocean. The service is usually pretty good, no better or worse than anywhere else. It is a diner with red booths and red and black decor. Everything I've ordered has been great, I've never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable considering the location.

I never had a good fish taco, until Rubio's. I couldn't see why anyone would eat the nasty things. Until Rubio's.
But I could eat Rubio's fish tacos until I explode.
They're made fresh - which means a wait of a few minutes, but it's worth it. They're very inexpensive, delicious and always made with fresh crisp veggies.
I have never had a single bad experience with the food at Rubio's, and the service has always been friendly, fast, accurate, and courteous.
PROS: Excellent Fish Tacos. Good food, service, prices
