My vehicle went through the rail and the rail clutched onto my side skirt (BMW 325Ci) and ripped 2/3 of it in half and when I tried to speak to the manager, he told me that he didn't want to talk about it, that it was my fault and that I almost broke his rail (what did I do wrong? He's the one who put my vehicle on the rail and drove it off the rail) and that if I wanted to talk to him, that I should sue him. Did I sue him? No. I am a college student and I don't have the time to file a lawsuit. I am writing this review to warn you, who may be considering this car wash: If you have a vehicle which is a coupe, sports sedan, or basically, any car that is somewhat low to the ground, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE or ask them to wash it without putting it on the rail! Customer service is horrible. The quality of the wash, I will not comment on, for I had no issue with that (Not bad/Not great - average). Wash at your own risk. If your car gets damaged, they WILL NOT cover for it. Pros: You can get damage to your car for free. Cons: Not enough space is provided to list all.

I've only been to Alfie's once, but I was satisfied with the word they did. I just got the basic car wash and my car came out the way it was supposed to - CLEAN! They even threw away the trash I had inside the car and vacuumed, which was nice. Although it's slightly on the expensive side, they offer an early-bird special for $10 if you get there before 10:00am, I believe.

Never go to Alfies place. They are rude and arrogant. Neither do they fix the problem right. Once they get money, they turned rude all of a sudden. Go there only if u want to get robbed and harrased

They did a good job but they were slow. I was on my lunch hour and was late getting back to work. They were not even that busy that day. The car was clean and they did not get my hard to clean wheel clean but for the price, I would not be inclined to go back.

I've taken my car to different car wash places, but I always end up going back to Alfie's. I think they do a really good job. You can watch the workers scrub clean your car from this window. I feel kinda bad for them sometimes. They are being watched by the customers. I've seen customers knocking on the windows rudely when they miss a spot. They dry and clean the interior of your car while you wait in either their indoor waiting room or outdoor seating area. In general, I think they do a good job.

This carwash is great if you want just that ...... a carwash. It's pretty inexpensive prices and the service is acceptable. The waiting area is nice and they do the wash and dry fairly quickly. I don't go there if I want my car extra extra detailed after the wash, but I was definitely satisfied with my experience at Alfie's.
