Leyla had me signed the contract via fax and when I went to their store to sign the original contract, she reviseda and increase the original amount. DO NOT believe what they verbally promised you oh they will deny what they said...revised and changed the quality of what they quoted, The store manager, Marco was rude and unprofessional, Installers workmanship was very POOR and NO quality at all. Left the work unfinished and it's been 2 months and still not completed with the job. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!

I would have given this place 4-5 stars after the first work they did for me (3 rooms). Everything went smooth and they did a good job. However, the second time my experience turned into a nightmare. They had to order tiles for me..well, I don't know if they ever did. They made us wait 7 weeks. During the seven week period, they did not deliver twice on the date they said they would. When they finally delivered, it was the wrong color. When we asked for the correct tiles, they wanted to take the incorrect tile packs and then (the next day) give me the correct tiles. When I said that they can take these wrong color tiles back only when they deliver the correct tiles, they refused to work with me. To me it means that they were going to pick up the tiles and god knows when deliver the correct ones ( I honestly do not think that they even had the correct tiles). They refused to work this out when I had the second half of my house-the flooring -scheduled to be done by them in a couple of months. I certainly know that I will not be working with them. Be cautious if you choose to have any work done with these people.

When I was remodeling my kitchen and bathroom -- I decided to take the advice of my friend. Man, I am thankful that I did because Carpet and Flooring Emporium is TRUE to its name! Huge Selection and Great Prices! I was able to get both kitchen and bathroom flooring UNDER MY BUDGET!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! PROS: Selection, Service and PRICES CONS: none
