The cleaning was okay. The cleaning team seems nice and they did a good enough job. My price was higher than quoted. They showed up late and they charged me between the time they are supposed to arrive to the time they were late. The owner said the client has to pay for the time it takes for the cleaning team to walk from the parking lot and climbing the stairs to the house. Also the owner Larry Miller is quite rude. He ignores your instructions and say they are odd, so they do not execute. What is so odd about putting things back to where they were before they cleaned it? Beware if you use coupon, they give you the runaround and do not honor it. Pros: Cleaning okay, quality like some cleaning companies. Cons: Rude owner, if you have issues that is your misfortune.
