I've used many different appliance repair companies (my house is 30 years old and I have 5 kids!) and Roman's was by far the best. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful, gave me an estimate price quote and said if they do the work, they drop the estimate fee. Not to mention, he quoted me only $35 for the service call on my dryer when two other companies quoted $50! The repairman was nice and polite and explained everything to me before he started working. I will use Roman for all of my appliances!

We had a refrigerator that needed some repairs.Roman sent one of his techs, Mike, to service the unit. We thought Roman himself would be doing the work. Mike turned out to be a warm, honest guy who diagnosed that a cleaning and a switch replacement would get our unit back to 100%. He warned that had we NOT acted soon, the compressor would've gone out. You ALWAYS have the fear that a technician will tell you the most costly solution. With Roman's Appliance, what I ended up with was a FIXED refrigerator at a reasonable cost. They did NOT take the opportunity to sell me a new compressor when I didn't need one.Thanks for doing a great job!!

They were prompt, had the part with him and installed it right away. I did not have to wait for anything, the repair man was courteous and cheerful. I would recomend this service to anyone in need.

Roman Appliance came to fix my used refrigerator. Roman immediately found the problem & gave me an estimate for repairs. Since the Refrigerator was used it wasn't worth it to put the extra money into it but I am very happy that Roman was able to find the problem & so quickly. Roman was also on time & very professional & his fee is extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Roman!!!!
