Our rental property needed an oven repair on short notice on a Sunday afternoon. After doing some research I called Orange County Appliance Repair. They had an appliance repair technician at our place within 90 minutes. It turned out to be a defective gas valve. We got quoted a flat rate, with no extra charge for Sunday. He kept us apprised of his progress, and in the end he lowered the rate slightly since it turned out to be an easier job than he expected. The appliance repair technician was also very professional, polite and friendly. Lisa K. Anaheim, CA 92816

Good: The honesty that I look for in a family owned business.. Bad: Well he came a bit early but you can't argue with it getting fixed sooner.. Improvements: No improvements are needed for this company. Parts came in on time within 2days,(Expedited). Can't argue with this service. Thanks alot Smith Brothers!.
