I just took my dog to the FACE clinic for his vaccinations. It took hours of waiting. We arrived at 4:00, and were given paper work to fill out, and then given a number in line. We were told there would be a wait, but the vet wasn't available until 5:30. We didn't leave until 7:00 PM. The staff was pretty nice, but the place was crazy! There were at least 30 people in line picking up there animals from surgery, and another 25 people with animals waiting for shots. Almost everyone had been waiting at least two hours, so no one was in a really nice mood. The ONLY reason to go here is the low cost. And believe me, the low was actually worth it. My dog received a rabies vaccination, a 5-in-1, and heartworm blood test for under $40. Compared to $250 - $300 at a regular vet, it was worth it. Do not expect more than either surgery or shots. The vet just doesn't have time. Check the prices on the website and compare. The low cost is the only reason to go, and be prepared to wait.

I think Face is a good place to go. It costs a lot less than any other place around town. The only complaint I have is how long you have to wait until they let you in the door, and when you are inside it takes forever to get signed in and to get the animals shots. I have taken my animals there for years and that is the only complaint I have about the place. I think it is great that they offer low cost vaccines.

I was treated so badly by the staff at the FACE clinic it was unreal. I work nights, and got one hour of sleep before I brought my two dogs in to be neutered. I did not hear the female tell me to fill out the paperwork, I was snapped at for that, when I mumbled under my breath "it would have been nice if you had told me" another staff member told me "it is self-explanatory to fill out all blank paperwork". No it isn't. not in of work. so when I got in to the exam room, I was venting to my daughter in my sleep deprived state that I would never come back and a male staff member told me if I did not like the way I was treated I should take my dogs and leave! I ignored him and told my daughter that I should call the shelter that recommended FACE to me and let them know how bad I was treated, the male staff member again told me I should take my dogs and leave. They are saving me money, so I could go elsewhere and pay more. At least four times when he was in the room he told me I should take my dogs and leave. Not to mention the wait was way too long, they did not mention when I made the appointment how long I would be there. If you can afford it, got to a "real" vet who will treat you and your pet(s) better!!!
