I had a good experience when picking out my dress, my consultant was very nice and made me feel great! HOWEVER, after they get your money everything changes! First of all, they ordered my dress in the WRONG COLOR! With NO apologies I was told they would "do their best" to get the write dress in in time. After the dress came in, I went to try it on and the dress looked like it was sitting in a ball as it was VERY wrinkled. I was then told it would be $85 to steam the dress. When I asked to see the manager to discuss getting the incorrect dress, she basically made me feel like I was LUCKY to get the right dress as they had to pay to get it there on time. I did not expect to get anything from them, however, the attitude I got was unacceptable. This is the only time I will get to do this and they have ruined it for me! I would strongly suggest not going there! I believe in word of mouth referrals and will be telling EVERYONE I know to stay away from here!

Honestly, I cannot even type right now because this store has literally ruined my wedding on numerous visits to them. They are rude and just think it's humorous to act like they do. The have told people i know who have complained that they do not care because, luckily, they don't count on repeat business..it's all new brides. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST WAY TO MARKET YOUR BUSINESS AND THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! No I am not a bridizzla.... I am a customer whos wedding experience is trashed after spending thousands of dollars with them because of how much they have screwed me over. Hopefully I will have a dress and everything to walk down the aisle in.

It seems like everyone has had horrible experience with PP. I've actually been very pleased with mine. The consultants I had each time I went were super nice and very attentive. I went back three times to try on the same dress and they never pressured me to order or said I couldn't return. I did end up ordering from there and had super response. When it came time to order, I had just taken the dress off and gotten dressed. We were discussing which length to order --petite or regular-- and couldn't decide. So they let me put the dress back on, no questions asked, to confirm which length was right for me. After ordering, the dress came in early even. The alteration process was a hassle, but not overwhelmingly so. I do wish they would tell you upfront that you may be there with 15 other brides and have to wait a few hours. I would have brought a book or my laptop or work. It is a bit offsetting to have 25 other people watch you fitted, but it wasn't horrible. Alterations seems reasonable priced compared to other places. The only thing I'd complain about is that they don't include a free pressing. It seems like if you buy from there, get it altered there, and pay to store it there ($20), they should throw in the pressing for free. But other than that, I have no complaints. I'd recommend Posie Patch to other brides. If you go in with a good attitude and don't act like a bridezilla, they're so much more willing to work with you and help you. It's all in how you treat them. And who doesn't like to be treated with respect?

Run..run as fast as you can!!! This place has the worst customer service ever. My friends warned me, but I decided to go anyway, and found my brides' maid dresses there. It's not even their polocies that bothered me, it was the way they were vocalized. My best friend and i were taking pics of a dress so i could go home and decide and get others opinons, and this horrible man (now i know he's the manager...YIKES) says theres no picture taking allowed. He has the worst attitude and makes you feel totally unwelcome. I was giving them almost 1,000.00$ in bride's maid dress orders to them and they wouldn't even take my measurements because I wasnt' ordering my dress there. Again, I understand this policy, but the way it was delivered was horrible. Totally unproffesional. I was considering ordering a dress online, and he talked to me like I was an idiot and felt the need to tell me his opinion. I could almost feel him talk about me when i turned around He then proceeded to yell quite loudly at a woman and her grandkids that she couldn't'let them run around and there were "Too many of them" , everyone could hear him and his distaste. An associate told her nicely she'd come and get her when her daughter was trying on the dress. Granted, they have an area for the kids to wait, but It just blew me away that he would treat a customer that way and make them totally unwelcome. I just got bad bad vibes from them all around, totally awful experience. I have alerted the rest of my bridesmaid's by no means to get their dresses there and will set up the order somewhere else. It's sad that this could have been avoided w/ a little kindness and class.

My daughter purchased her dress, tiara, jewelery, and veil in June, 2005. We were pleased with the dress coming earlier than expected and the other accessories were also in. However, when we went for a "first" fitting service was less than marginal. She had an appointment and we were there precisely on time. Someone asked her name and said the dress was in the back and "Tish" would be right with her. Fifteen minutes later Tish called her back with minimal assistance she helped her on with the dress and left to return to another bride. That was pretty much the sum total of assistance. She was told to go to the front desk and make an appointment for alterations. This turned out the be a "window" of 2 1/2 hours and as much as 20 to 40 other brides according to the female assistant at the desk also there for alterations. We live 150 miles from Indy. It is a 6 hours round trip and were told since it is first come first serve we could possibly be waiting another 2 or more hours--so much for an appointment. We took the dress and have contacted a shop here who we should have bought the dress from in the first place. My daughter is a college student and will be living in the Indianapolis area. She will NOT recommend Posie Patch to anyone, quite the contrary, she didn't trust them at this point.

I took my sister there for her dress. We were very pleased with the level of customer service, and the knowledge of the staff. They were helpful, but not overbearing like in other stores. The prices are very good, especially on the discounted items. They also have a very nice selection of accessories. I would definitely recommend if you want to see a variety of styles in person

I bought my wedding gown at Posie Patch when they were located in Greenwood. They've moved to a bigger and brighter store in Castleton now.
They have racks and racks of dresses in all styles and colors, as well as mother of the bride and bridesmaid styles.
They can do custom orders, as well.
I got a gorgeous dress just one season off it's debut for $425. And I felt like a million bucks.
