Dr Yoder is friendly and knowledgeable family practice doctor. It is actually pretty hard to get in to see her if you are a first time patient. I had to set up a physical for myself just to get in to see her, so that I would be able to get right in for future problems on a shorter notice. She had answers to my questions while I was there, and helped with a couple problems that I had.

This hospital was recently purchased by St Vincent's hospital. I stayed here when it was Women's Hospital, and have been assured that the quality will not change.
I've also been to St. Vincent's hostpital, and if it maintains the integrity of either one, it will be no less than spectacular.
This hospital has changed several things, according to patient preference. One is that you order WHAT you want, WHEN you want, to eat. If you have a surgery and miss lunch or dinner, no worries. You can have it as soon as you're medically able.
The rooms are designed to look inviting and not cold, while still being sterile and containing each of the medical devices that you could possibly need.

we have both our children at this hospital via c-section so we stayed a little longer. The checkin process was fast and easy and the staff made the entire experience very wonderful. we had a private room both times and the nursery and staff did an excellent job with both of our kids.

I have been nothing but overly impressed with the Women's Health Alliance and Dr. Eve White. Having your first baby is at times a little scary, and when there are complications, even worse, but during that time I was completely at ease knowing I had one of the best doctors and staff available. Dr. White is very compassionate and knowledgeable, and at the same time, willing to spend that extra time with you if need be. Hats off to the entire organization. I would recommend WHA to anyone.

This office looks like it's stuck in the 1970's.
The dentist is a little abrupt with younger patients who tend to wiggle (innocently) in the dentist chair.
She seemed bothered by my little one who was a little bit scared and wouldn't quite sit still.
She didn't want to continue with the cleaning.
The office is small, only one dentist and no hygenist.
Insurance is filed & accepted; office staff is friendly.
The dentist uses a disposable straw in the instrument that sucks the water out of your mouth. Not sure if that's acceptable in the dentistry world.
Parking is convienent to her office; but entering & exiting the main road is difficult to get to her office.
I do not recommend this office.

Great for the business traveller, but family friendly as well, Wingate Inn sits unassumingly off of I465 and 71st street.
They have an indoor pool and gorgeous rooms, internet access, and a full breakfast in the morning for you...complimentary...even with a make-your-own waffle station.
I'd choose this over a "family" hotel any day.

The cheese, meat and produce departments are excellent. huge selection, many of the cheeses are imported. I do wish that like a traditional gourmet store they would have samples. i am less likely to buy something that is expensive if i don't know what it is like.They have a large deli that is great for quick take-home dinners. But, the prices are not so great.
