I got my makeup done at Complexions for my wedding. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so I was nervous that it might be too much to have a "makeup artist" do it for me. Lori did a great job of making me look natural. Plus, she used her airbrushing machine on me for my foundation--very cool! I'd never been airbrushed before, I just knew that celebrities did it, but anyway it was great. It stayed on all day long and it didn't feel heavy or cakey. If you are looking for a bridal makeup artist, ask for Lori! I was very happy with my results.

Just wanted to update everyone.....Tammika is still my favorite stylist. My hair is really growing and it is very healthy. She helped me get through the hard part of growing my hair out and was very encouraging when I wanted to just cut it off again. I can see the difference in my hair from when I first started going to her until now. The receptionist are very nice as well and because I go to Tammika every two weeks, the girls know me by name and treat me very well. This is the ideal place for a professional woman like myself . In the past 2 years I?ve been trying to find a salon that caters to and promotes healthy hair. As a professional African-American women it' can be at times hard to find a stylist that is patient, knowledgeable, and professional to style your hair. I was referred to Tammika at Complexions day spa and she does an amazing job. Not only is my hair healthy, bouncy and soft, the salon/spa has a very relaxing environment and everyone is very nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services.

I was in Indianapolis for the week on business. I saw on citysearch that there was a spa downtown so i went in the beginning of the week. The stress of my job was showing in my back. I got a massage and loved it! When I walked in the smells immediately relaxed me and they had this delicous water with cucumbers. Who would have known? I loved it so much, before I went home I went back for the executive break and a shampoo. I plan to go back every time I have business in Indy. I loved it and I walked out feeling relaxed and stress free. I love the products, people, and atmosphere! Complexions may have started a new addiction for me and I love it. Pros: massage, products, not busy Cons: its not free!!

This salon was absolutely amazing. The highly trained stylists use a great italian color line as well as the take home Eufora products make your hair look and feel amazing, all natural and organic. Aslo I decided to add on a pedicure- great idea on my part!!! the pedicure room is slightly closed off from the rest of the salon and honestly they are thrones not just pedi chairs. You can recline, turn on the massage, and relax, and who doesn't love the great OPI colors. Next time I'm trying the Lava mud pedi that has a mud mask, paraffin dip and a longer massage. I suggest this to any red blooded human who likes to indulge in themselves occasionally or a little more often. Pros: everything Cons: couldn't stay longer

I work in dowtown Indianapolis, and I always used to drive by Complexions and think about possibly trying it out. So I finally made an appointment for an organic facial and brow wax. I'm so glad I went! The staff was really attentive and I had a great time. Donna did my facial, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I'll be back to this spa! I'm going to get a massage next!! :) Pros: friendly staff, peaceful ambience
