The attendant I had was very thorough in getting the right kind of dresses for me to try on. Not being able to take photos was a drawback, but the dress I wound up buying was a unique enough dress that the lack of photos wasn't a problem. No where else had this dress, not even on the internet, so props to this store for having the great selection. (I was a very picky bride) However, I was horribly surprised to see the condition the dress arrived in. It was so wrinkled, it looked like it had been hosed down and crumpled in a box for 6 months!! On top of that, they wanted to charge $80 to steam it!!! Who sells the customer a horribly wrinkled dress they paid hundreds of dollars for, then charges for steaming??!!! That's just ridiculously BAD customer service if you ask me. If you're not as picky as I was, do not go with these guys, although their attendants are very professional, their policies really stink. I understand this is "standard" with bridal stores, but they shouldn't have to sink to that level. Pros: best selection in mid northern Indiana Cons: no photos allowed, charge for steaming, high prices

What a horrid experience we had! Rude, indifferent staff before we looked at one dress. Beware! Store policy is NO PICTURES UNTIL THE DRESS IS PURCHASED. As we are unable to remember details of every dress we looked at from the three stores we went to, we needed to take pictures. Consequently, we did not go with the dress from Posie Patch because we didn't trust our memory. They lost a sale because of their policy. Thank goodness, though, because I'll never need to step in that store again! Pros: Wide selection of gowns Cons: Staff, Staff, Staff

I had the best experience ever at Bridal Superstore by Posie Patch. I loved my consultant, I loved the prices, I loved the selection, I loved the service, and I absolutly love my wedding dress! I have dreamed of this day since I was a little girl and Bridal Superstore went above and beyond to make my dreams a reality! My bridal consultant worked closely with me to find my dress out of over a thousand gowns. She knew their inventory inside and out and took what I said and produced an amazingly beautiful dress. We had already been to 5 other bridal stores and I had found a dress elsewhere that I kind of liked, but the service nor quality compared to what I found at the Bridal Superstore. I even decided to do my brides maids dresses there because they had such good prices and so many to pick from. They kept up with my order and even called me when we were running close on time. They updated me and kept me informed through out the whole process. They made it so stress free that it was an experience I was truly able to enjoy!!! My wedding is now just a few weeks away and I just wanted to let everyone know how much their impeccable service has meant to me! I found my perfect gown here and everything was perfect from beginning to end! Everyone there took time to help us in some way. I found my dress there the first time I went and have been back at least four more times to purchase bride's maids and other things. Their prices and quality were far better than any other place I had shopped. No other store even came close to the selection they had (guess that's why they are the largest bridal store in the state!) . They have been so helpful and polite and have definatly earned my business!

this is a great shop! i came in one day and was completely confused on what i wanted. they assured me that they would take care of me and they did. i love the idea that there is a consultant there to help you and walk you thru the process. i would have been so lost if it hadnt been for their help. i have several friends getting married next year and have highly recommended them to this store. great selection, great prices, great service. what more could you need?

I came into the Bridal Superstore one afternoon not knowing what to expect. I had been to several other bridal stores and was very dissappointed in the service and the quality of the gowns. When I walked into Bridal Superstore I was AMAZED! I have never seen so many dresses in a store that beautiful! We were warmly greated and given a tour of the store. I felt like a queen for the day. They actually have consultants instead of a salesperson helping you. By that I mean that she took the time to learn everything about my wedding (and gave some excellent advice), my likes and dislikes, what my mother expected, the location of the ceremony, and what feature of my body I wanted to really accent. I had my maid of honor, my mother, and my grandmother with me and they helped me pick some dresses for me to try on. Once I looked at the dress after she helped me into it, my consultant took me out into this "chapel" area for my friend and family to see. It was so fun! I really felt like it was my wedding day. I told my consultant that I had seen a dress up front on the manican that I had thought was gorgeous but was sure it was way out of my budget. She went to the front and brought the dress for me to try on. I looked at the price and I couldn't believe it! The gown was actually under the price range my mother and I had set and It looked so expensive. Needless to say it was the gown I purchased! My braidsmaid dresses and my mother's dress were found on that same visit. I felt I had such a ton off my shoulders when I left. I have returned there 3 more times for miscelaneous things and every time has been fantastic. I really feel that my consultant cares about my wedding and how my experience is every time I am in even though we have already purchased. Both of my friends have now purchased their gowns there also and have nothing but positive things to say. They have made my wedding that much more special! Pros: Unbelievable selection and prices! Great personal service too! Cons: I couldn't find it at first! lol

I had a bad experience with this store. I live a long distance away and they talked me into ordering a dress that was way to big based on my measurements. When I went to the store and tried on the sample which was two sizes smaller than my ordered size. . . it was too big and they basically said tough luck, you agreed to order the bigger size. So I wasted a day of travel and gas money and they still didn't care to change my order. The dresses weren't even in yet and they had time to change my order but refused. With months to go until the wedding they refused to give me a refund and refused to offer free alterations. The dress was grossly overpriced compared to other stores and I feel that they talked me into a bigger dress so they could pad their wallets some more with alteration fees. Be very careful when you order a dress that you get all store policies spelled out. I paid over the phone with a credit card and never even got a receipt, much less an all sales final declaration. I'm very disappointed with this store.

My experience with Posie Patch was horrible and stressful. The sales staff was rude, arrogant and in general not helpful. My dress had problems when it [finally] came in and the sales staff was unwilling to help me resolve the issue. They would not commit to any time frames for delivery of the dress or other necessary arrangements. I would not recommend shopping here for any wedding items.

I had a horrible experience with the Bridal Superstore - Posie Patch. Their service was terrible from the beginning. They were consistently rude to my family and I when we came into the store. They don't let you take pictures in the store because they are way overpriced and don't want you to compare the prices of their dresses to other places. I question whether my dress is a knock-off (despite paying over $900) because the only tag on the dress is written in Chinese. When my dress came in the beading was the wrong color but the Posie Patch would do nothing for me to help or to even make me feel better. They refused to correct the situation and were non-apologetic, treating us like we were crazy because since the tag said it was the right color (despite that the sales woman admitted that it looked the wrong color at one point). They were closed when we came to the shop during regular hours. They could not commit to doing my alterations by the date of my wedding so I took the dress and ran with it. I am getting it altered somewhere else - best decision I've made so far. I think that buying my dress from this shop was the worst decision I made in the entire planning process. I refuse to buy my veil from there despite the 15% off because I do not want them to get any more of my money.

This store has helped me to plan my wedding for the past year and I am very happy with the service they have provided. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help me. They know what they're talking about in this business (which I'm sure is very complicated). They have assisted me in my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos. They help to keep control and not make me go crazy. When shopping for my gown, they gave me several tips on how to go about my planning. They helped me realize that I don't need 20 people there to make my decision and were very kind. I would recomend this store to everyone. Great prices too!
