THis dealership was so nice! The salesman was very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. He encouraged us to ask questions. He was very nice and knew the vehicle. We test drove it and he was great at making sure that we were comfortable. Before we knew it we had been there 3 hours! We never felt pushed or belittled. We were even sent a Thank You card in the mail. We will definitely consider this dealership when we purchase a new vehicle.

I have taken both of our cars here for at least 3 years. The staff is always friendly and polite and they don't pressure you into buying a lot of extras. They do "offer" you all the additional stuff, but in a nice way. I have never had to wait more than half an hour and that was on Ladies day when they are usually very busy. Lots of parking and a free car wash with every oil change. They also do state inspection.

I have bought 4 new cars at this dealership in the last 6 years, and have had them all serviced there according to Toyota's published maintenance schedule. The sales department has been completely fair and honest with me, and they have never tried to sell me a car at a price over the MSRP, unlike some dealers with popular models. They have shown the highest integrity and courtesy. Service has been at prices competitive with other service shops, with oil changes less than some of the specialty shops. The service work has always been done right the first time. I plan to continue to use this Toyota delership for auto sales and service.

When we need tires or rims we go to Discount Tire for they have excellent quality tires, good prices and friendly service. They seem to always have a sell going on too. They have many locations in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area to pick from and they are open 6 days a week. They are closed on Sundays.
They even offer financing and layaways

I got an oil change at this Firestone location yesterday. The employees were friendly and completed the service fairly quickly. The location is also great, because Northeast mall is within walking distance, so you don't have to wait there for service to be completed.

We bought a Cougar from this company, and when we went to get it inspected, we were told that the windows were too dark, and that the film would have to be removed before it could pass inspection. We were told by North Hills Mercury to peel it off ourselves, but we decided to take it back to them and let them do it, as we were afraid that we might damage the factory-installed film....it took awhile for them to get around to helping us, and they weren't very nice towards us. I'll never buy another car from them!
