For a vegeterian, Mothers cafe is a dream come true. It's truly gourmet quality cuisine, perfectly prepared and absolutlet delicious. It's the place where non-vegetarians should go to learn that eating meatless today is just as flavourful-- if not more than-- non-vegetarian meals. A recent New York Times profile of Huntington Beach neglected to mention Mothers in any way-- either as a market or cafe, much to my disbelief. And people wonder why newspapers are dying everyday! To miss a meal at Mothers is to miss the crown jewel of Huntington Beach.

It is beautiful and right on the beach. The brunch is wonderful and the staff from valet to maids and everyone else is so nice and accommodating. We will definitely go back, and were so sad to leave.
Pros: delicious breakfast, beautiful view, great staff
Cons: I had to leave the hotel and come home

First of all Marios salsa is one of the best red-sauce salsas ever. The atmosphere is authentic and has cozy lighting to enjoy dinner. The bar is awesome place to catch a game or get a frosty magarita. They have space for parties which is nice for birthdays or meetings. The food is authentic and very yummy. The carne asada burritos and cheese chips are realy good. Overall Marios is a great place to hang out with friends or family.
