Mark Hernandez was very thorough in the inspection, outlined their proposed treatment plan, and answered all of our questions. Allan and Ralph did a great job replacing the termite damaged parts of our patio cover and treating the attic with Bora-Care. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. We are completely satisfied with their work and would recommend Center Termite & Pest Control to anyone with a termite problem.

I was devastated to say the least when I learned my son was in jail. I was in disbelief. He is the kind of kid who usually stays out of trouble. I was so upset I was shaking. I went to the Newport Beach Police Department to try to find out more about what happened. They were not able to tell me much. His bail was $20,000 and I was told I could post bail either cash or through a bondsman, or he would go to the county jail. I did not want him to go to the county jail and I didn't have $20,000 so my only option was to go through a bondsman to get him out. There was a lady bondsperson I guess you would say, helping a couple in the lobby. I asked her if she could help me when she was finished with them. She turned out to be the nicest lady. She was so kind and patient. She spent a lot of time explaining what I was signing and what the bail bond was for. She made me feel very comfortable doing business with her. She also explained about the first court date and what to expect. She told me what my son should do if his name is not on the list to be seen that day. Having someone explain all of this to me really helped relieve a lot of the stress I had been feeling. It's got to be one of the most awful experiences I have been through and I am really glad I had someone like Bonnie to help me. She was really great.

Kuzu is an experienced tailor from Russia. He looks like a tailor and has an eye for detail. He doesn't just pin what you needed, be is precise and chalks every part. The price was fair and service was turn-around. He had my daughter try-on what he tailored to be sure it fit perfectly.

So I've been taking my car here for more than 15 years. They have worked on my Toyota, and the Dodges, Fords, Hondas and (short ownership) Chevy that have graced our driveway. Recently, they've become intimate with my sad, sad VW.
What I like about the guys here is that they talk to you about your car. There's no service personnel to interfere or translate the diagnosis and recommendations. You get what the problem is, and how they diagnosed it.
Prices are reasonable.
They are ridiculously busy.
They are only open 8-5, M-F.
PROS: Service like nowhere else
CONS: Tough hours, no rental in the immediate vicinity

I first saw Dr. Tsai when she examined me before I had my Lasik eye surgery at TLC. When I needed follow-up care, I decided to see her at her office in Huntington Beach. She and her husband, also an optometrist, run everything from the front desk to fitting glasses so they are very hands on. They have a great selection of frames also. When I referred a friend to them , they even sent me a gift certificat to a coffee shop in the minimall that they are located in!
