All of the trainers are excellent. My favorite is Michael R, but Vi is also good, as is Monica. All of them are very professional, very knowledgeable, they will push you as far as you are willing to let them. Perhaps, even a little beyond, but gently, and that is good!
I have been going for 8-9 months, and am much stronger, more confident, and with better posture. Haven't lost as much weight, as I'd like but that could be my diet (they say), and/or hormones (I think).
Studio is decent, with shower facilities. They sell exercise clothes, food (protein bars/drinks), water and provide free towel, so, if you forget you are covered. One complaint - a little bit more ambiance, and new/ more fans, even huntington Beach can get hot in summer!

Just writing this review makes me want some of this delicious chinese food! I usually get their orange chicken, but their sweet and sour chicken is also a favorite! I love the fact that they give you a good amount of chicken, not just a couple of pieces, but they really pack it on! Most chinese food runs on the expensive side, but for the amount of food you are getting, I say this place is a good deal. Try it!

Again, being from Illinois, we love pizza,,,This Pizza Restaurant is take out only --no frills, not too much to choose from, but wow, the taste is GREAT---it is cheap, and filling and again very good...hope more people buy franchises,,,like to see it in other places. try it you will be very surpised...there is one on Beach and on on Warner and Goldenwest...The best.

This pizza is good and fast. they usually have the pizza ready within 20 minutes. It is affordable and its good eats. They have coupons from time to time. Next door is a video store and a 7-11. Pizza and a movie what's better than that?

What A Lot A Pizza is probably the best valued pizza in the local area in terms of quality and price. I've been a long time customer and it's definitely my first choice in casual pizza. The pizzas aren't as oily as other places, which is something I prefer. Service is alright, and they get the pizza out on time (and if not, earlier).

This Pharmacy is average. In addition to standard pharmaceutical items, It has a variety of toiletries, but with very limited stock. The service was fine, and prices average. I will probably not shop there again.

When a good friend bought a new house, we were all excited to go to his housewarming. Boy, was he wired, and I don't mean on coffee. This fantastic business came in and equipped his house with awesome sound, inside and out. Outstanding!! I recommend them highly!!
