I got burned by McKenna VW and when I tried to complain to the General Manager - they swept me under the rug. Could not even get a call back. I leased a vehicle, the sales person never explained the insurance coverage that is required with a lease. They let me drive off then 6 months later - they figured out I did not have the right coverage - they not only made me triple my coverage, it had to be retro active to the date of the lease. Their sales people are SHADY and the customer service is horrible. Take my advice - save yourself the headache - DO NOT PATRONIZE MCKENNA VW they will rip you off.
Pros: They sell a good product - I love VW's
Cons: Questionable sales techniques, HORRIBLE customer service

I absolutely wish I had never bought a vehicle from this Volkswagen dealer. They have been completely rude and arrogant from the day I was to pick up my car. They said it was ready and made me wait around for 4 hours. Countless times service has talked to me like a small child and completely overcharged for any service they could perform. The cars are not reliable and with only 25,000 miles I have been in and out of the service shop. I would never recommend buying or leasing from this dealership.

I planned on buying a car today and had been in conversation with the internet sales department. They quoted me a price, I confirmed the price prior to making the 40 mile drive. When I got there, they did not make good on their word. From this reporters perspective, they have no integrity. Thanks for listening....

Because they have a decent sales department. That's it. If you need anything fixed - go elsewhere. I wouldn't trust my car with their service department as they were very willing to charge anything and everything evern things under warranty. The reason they do this is because the dealer has to eat the cost. I'm positive not all McKenna's are like this one, but this one definitely gives the whole company a black eye.
PROS: location?
CONS: it's actually a dealership???
