I've bought bikes on two occasions here and have been satisfied. The last time I bought a bike but my daughter wanted it in another color. Jax let us take the same bike of another color home so we could use it on a family vacation and then exchanged it when the desired color bicycle came in on our order. How many stores would do that? Repairs are also done on the premises and they're pretty quick about the turn around time. Very knowledgeable staff who can give detailed pros and cons about the different models. The prices are not the lowest, but the money spent here is worth it.

Jax is a local shop with knowledgeable sales/repair service personnel to help you find an item and/or fix what you need repaired. Had a flat and needed the rim checked for damage but they were honest and advised it was ok and all it needed was a new tube. Trustworthy too.

I was looking for a particular part for my bike, but I could not find it. I went to almost every bike shop in HB and I could not find it. I went to this location and they did not have it either, but the owner helped me find it and sent me to the location.
I continually stop by this shop because they have some nice little gadgets for my bike and my kids bike. Top of the line store.
