Huntington Villas is an awesome spot. The apartments are great. The staff is very friendly. The grounds are clean and safe. Location is nice too. There's really nothing bad you can say about the place. It's close to just about everything you would want to be close to in the area. The pool is especially nice.

While this business park is well maintained, the business park's owner and senior manager
is caustic and intrusive. If you don't mind being treated like a serf, then go ahead and move in. However, when you find yourself at odds with the senior citizen managing the park, even over the most trivial of matters, expect to be threatened with lease cancellations or denial of renewal. If you liked Franco, Mussolini or Hitler, you'll love this guy. I watched as others were forced to leave for years before this dictator finally set his sights on me. It will cost you SO MUCH if you have to move after you've settled into a light industrial park, so think ahead and don't settle in here unless you can pull up stakes and move faster than a circus train.
Pros: Clean and well maintained.
Cons: Unreasonable owner/senior manager
