All of the trainers are excellent. My favorite is Michael R, but Vi is also good, as is Monica. All of them are very professional, very knowledgeable, they will push you as far as you are willing to let them. Perhaps, even a little beyond, but gently, and that is good! I have been going for 8-9 months, and am much stronger, more confident, and with better posture. Haven't lost as much weight, as I'd like but that could be my diet (they say), and/or hormones (I think). Studio is decent, with shower facilities. They sell exercise clothes, food (protein bars/drinks), water and provide free towel, so, if you forget you are covered. One complaint - a little bit more ambiance, and new/ more fans, even huntington Beach can get hot in summer! Studio could do with some upgrading, esp
