Good: Great selection of "real" competitive quality volleyball gear. Shoes, kneepads, volleyballs, T-shirts, high socks, ankle braces - everything kids need to play! Fair prices, very friendly & VERY knowledgeable staff.. Bad: Strange hours since they are primarily an online store. Call or check web first for hours (which change by season).. Improvements: More days open and longer hours of operation.. Other: Fabulous find for volleyball moms or ANYONE that plays or coaches volleyball. They sell uniforms & coaches gifts also!.

My favorite store to grab some sport equipments is at Sport Chalet. They have all sorts of sport equipments to pick from and their prices aren’t that bad either. I love to shop here because they carry brand name equipments that no other place would carry. They also offer sport classes. I would love to recommend Sport Chalet to everyone.

Mile Square Golf Course is a great place to go golfing. My friends and I have always been to the Mile Square Golf Course for a bucket of golf and start hitting it. Golf is a great way for my friends and I to relax after a stress day. Mile Square Golf Course is the biggest gold course within miles and they have great caddy.

I think this is a really nice beach. It's also a really popular beach so there are people everywhere, but it's great if you like to people watch because a lot of people there are ones that like to show themselves off. There's often events going on there too, so there's plenty to do. On Main Street at the Pier there is also shopping and restaurants. The water is usually pretty blue with good waves, but occassionally it won't be so clean, and a couple times I've gone there were jellyfish everywhere (the lifeguard said they were just "passing through" though, so I have no idea how long they'll be there). The sand is clean and soft and if you go out in the water it's not rocky and you can wade out pretty far. Parking is really expensive ($12) right on the beach, so I recommend if you are ok with a bit of a walk that you park in the neighborhoods just off of PCH (7th-10th streets is usually a good place to find free parking if you're going to the Pier).

Central Park hasn't been around very long, but it's a very popular spot for local sports fans in the city. There are many softball fields, as well as batting cages, and other sports facilities. One downside is that you have to pay a dollar for parking each time you come, but it's really not a steep price to pay for one of the best spots in Huntington Beach. No complaints here.
