This hotel is right across the street from the beach. Try to get a room with an ocean view. The pools and hot tubs and landscaping are just gorgeous and the rooms are elegant decorated in California beach casual. Food at the banquet halls is excellent!

I went to a couple of meetings here and the rooms are fantastic overlook the ocean. We had drink and appetisers out at the pool later on and the weather was perfect.

I just stayed at this hotel for a conference and was impressed. The place is huge, with tons of palm trees, outdoor pool, spa, and comfortable rooms. Their restaurant is also very good. Beach is across the street and you can walk over a connecting bridge to get there easily. It also feels like you are in the tropics once you are inside the hotel--a nice feeling.
PROS: Location, Ambience
CONS: Not part of Starwood (I'm a junkie)
