My windows were installed within the time limits promised. The men were polite and efficient; making little mess - what was made was gone by the time they left. The windows are better than advertised. I recommend Ideal without qualification.

Never had a water damage before so it was a bit of stress especially on a holiday. These guys were great from start to finish. If you have a misfortune of having a flood damage to your home I highly recommend this company. They have a coupon that they honored for $250 off with no problems.

So I've been taking my car here for more than 15 years. They have worked on my Toyota, and the Dodges, Fords, Hondas and (short ownership) Chevy that have graced our driveway. Recently, they've become intimate with my sad, sad VW.
What I like about the guys here is that they talk to you about your car. There's no service personnel to interfere or translate the diagnosis and recommendations. You get what the problem is, and how they diagnosed it.
Prices are reasonable.
They are ridiculously busy.
They are only open 8-5, M-F.
PROS: Service like nowhere else
CONS: Tough hours, no rental in the immediate vicinity

Last month when my drain got clog up.; I called Leon. He came right away. Within 20 minutes he got the clog out of my drain. He even shows me the ball of hair. He even went back and does the thing he does with his machine again to make sure the pile is clear. For such great service, he only charges me $40. Highly recommend.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. We paid over $7500 for a complete roofing job and supplies. They took the money and ran and never paid the suppliers leaving us on the hook. After several calls with the Contractors State license board we found out they had over 15 similar complains!
Pros: None
Cons: They take payment but do not pay suppliers.
