I called appliance repair yesterday afternoon, explained my problem and was told that a serviceman could come out the next morning to check it out. The serviceman, Tony, called 15 min. prior to our appt. and stated that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was courteous and professional and discovered the problem within 5 minutes. He had the part needed in his truck and replaced the faulty defrost control in 20 minutes and was on his way. He advised me that if we had any problems with the refrigerator in the next 30 days, he would return free of charge to check out any problems.

I am very impress with Lamps Plus. I went here looking for a new lighting for my room since I just brought a projector. Lamps Plus has a huge warehouse ceiling full of night light, reading light, and many others to choose from. After a walk through of Lamps Pluss store, my neck was literally aching; however, I found the one I wanted. The best part is, Lamps Plus give me it for 50% off retail because they were having a clearance. I would highly recommended to everyone.

Any time I call for advice, or have any type of question they always help. Their products are absolutly the very best. You will cut your work time with the products they sell. We've been using Curtis for the last 10 years. He's quick, has the right parts (or can get them quickly) and really knows what he's doing. He's repaired our gas stove and drier. He's replaced the icemaker in our fridge, repaired our washing machine and dishwasher.
He's even recommended the best make/model of appliance to buy if the one he's working on would not be cost effective to repair.
He won't be the cheapest, but he knows what he's doing and will fix it right the first time. Well worth the slightly higher cost.
