Although Longboards is our favorite hangout night and day their brunch is especially great. The famed Sharkees and Sugar Shack are always packed and it's so much nicer to avoid the crowds and head to Longboards for their shrimp, tomato, and green onion omelette.

This place rocks! From thier eclectic art, to roaring fireplace and comfy couches, to thier pooltales, gorgeous brass bar and delicious menu. The ambience is comfy and casual, they are kid friendly, and so close to the residential area you can walk there and back, alleviating the need for a taxi.

one of my favorite local joints. the decor is comfortable and tropical and the people are all real chill. Its usually not as crowded as the rest of the places off of main, so you don't have to yell to have a conversation. The food and bar are great. If the weather permits (and it usually does) I recommend sitting on the patio. enjoy!

Jamba Juice is a great drink. It is way much better then Starbuck because they taste great and are healthier. I would prefer Jamba Juice anytime. The only problem is Jamba juice here close so early and I don’t usually get out of work until 8:30. I always miss my daily Jamba juice so sometimes I had to substitute Starbuck in it place.

Gallagher's is a great pub. They have friendly efficient bartenders every time, and tasty Irish pub food. I recommend going to the bar to order the wait staff service is a bit slower. They have a good variety of music, mostly punk rock, almost every night. They crowd there is usually pretty diverse and laidback, but they do get the occasional pub brawl. The security staff is great at handle those situations, so no worries about it.
The cover is no more than $5 most the time so its worth a look.
