We bought a couch & love seat set from here 2 years ago. It was a nice "plush pillow top like" cushion set. It was along the lines of a medium color Sea Foam green and it has a crushed velvet like feel to it. VERY comfy! We were talked into buying the extended warranty on it for an additional $100. Bringing the price up to around $1,000. We were told it was great & they'd put this special solution on it to keep it from getting stained. And if there was a hole that got in it by like a pen or pet or something, they would try & repair it & if they couldn't they would replace it with the same thing if still available or something of equal value.
So we go to buy it & we asked about delivery & they wanted to charge some OUTRAGEOUS price & we only lived about 5 miles if that from the store. We just didn't have the time. Well after being quoted what we were, think it was around $50 or more (for 5 miles!) we said NO way that's insane. So we 'made time' to go pick up the set, only after having to wait 2 weeks for our merchandise to be ordered & arrive at the store.
Ok, so we got it - finally! It was the most comfy couch & love seat to sit on ever! Then about 8 months later it had been moved by my computer desk. And the chair had been swung around one to many times & a piece of the arm of the couch came unstapled. So I called the store - since we bought the 10 year warranty. And they said "oh, you called just in time your you warranty is up next month. (yes I hesitated to call for like 2 months or so). And I said well we bought the 10 year warranty and I was interrupted "well ma' am this isn't included on the extended warranty".....did I mention that they also forgot to give me my cleaning solution & tell me "NOT to use anything but or warranty is void""
Ok, so I though one bad experience, let's give them, another shot. So I went & bought two 5 drawer chests from them for $80/each. Well, they said they had to order them that they were out of stock....2 MONTHS later they call & say "come get them." By then they chests were on sale for $60/each. I asked if they'd comp me since we had to wait so long. They said no, they weren't the same ones. So I sent hubby down there to find out they were & he told them & they ended up giving us the difference for all our trouble. 2 years later, the fronts of 3 of the drawers on one & 1 on the other came off! I was told these were "better then walmarts" and that they would last a lot longer. Well, I bought 2 4 drawers for $40/each @ Walmart & they are still in one piece!
So basically, I would recommend their couches & love seats, but NOT their chests! Do be careful if shopping there b/c like what happened to me, they didn't explain in full detail the warranty just the "highlights" and didn't give me the cleaning solutions. So DO make sure to ASK LOTS of questions before purchasing! This is for your own good & piece of mind.
