I called PC Crisis after a few disappointing visits from "big name" PC services. I spend my life and make my living on the www so need a constant working connection. I called PC Crisis out of desperation looking for a decent, honest and can do service - I lucked out here. Tom came to my home office and installed a complete wireless network set up and also set my Google Search Appliance up seamlessly. Tom was polite, friendly and professional.
