Hudson Toy Train and Hobby is a Hobby store located in downtown Hudson. They have a very friendly staff who even remembers you're name after a view visits. They sell yo-yo's, trains, models, model paints, tops, and anyother toy to fufill you're hobby addiction. They're prices are suprisingly low for an independent store... though some of their stuff can be a little overpriced. It's a nice quaint store that perfectly fits the yo-yo/model train scene.

This bookstore is a whole lot different from the mainstream bookstores. It is warm and cozy and really makes you want to pick up a book and start to read. My kids love to browse in here and explore the racks of books and they feel comfortable picking up the books and looking at them, which they don't really do if we go to Border's or Waldenbook's. The prices are a little higher here, so we don't buy a lot from here, but I like to go here to encourage my kids to enjoy reading.
PROS: Kids learn to love reading because of the cozy setting
CONS: Prices can be a little high

I had a wonderful experience buying wedding rings here. The saleslady I worked with, Janie, is a jewel, sorry about the pun. I never felt out of my depth, even though I had never ordered jewelry before. My ring was custom made, and I was able to speak with the goldsmith and be very specific.

Ms. Murphy was kind enough to join in and help fight the fight against cancer by donating gifts to my fundraising event. Even though I am only fourteen years old, I am sure her kindness will be rewarded greatly.

This shop is located right on RT 91 in Hudson and very easy to find. I like to stop here about once a year to check out their arrangements and wreaths. They have a large selection but a lot of it looks the same. Their prices seem to be in the mid to high range. I like to check them out in the spring for their outside container arrangements, in this area they seems to have a good selection. I have ordered a few custom designs and have been happy.

The will specially measure your foot, so there will be an exact fit in order to avoid injuries while running. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, and it is worth the ride to Hudson, if you do not live nearby.Everyone should go there for your athletic shoe and running needs.
