One of my favorite places to go. The food is great, the service has always been incredible and most of all you will feel like a king. The wait can sometimes be daunting but they give you plenty of space to wait with snacks and soft drinks. It is well worth the wait. We love to ask for a kitchen tour. Who allows you in their kitchen! My kids love to go and see the animals on the wall and if the owners are there, meet them, they are incredible people! If you have kids old enough, it is a great place to work also!

Perfect service and always has been. Sometimes you may have to wait, but who cares? The give you snacks and drinks in their extremely comfortable and huge waiting area. This place is 1st class the whole way. I've never had a bad meal here. I love the filet w/lobster upside. The lobster here is better that at those place "specializing" in lobster!

We went to Taste of Texas for a special dinner - a mistake I'll not repeat. The food was fine, typical steak house. About half way through the meal a passing waiter serving the table next to ours spilled prime rib au jus all over me, and was not particularly polite or apologetic about it. Of course I was wearing something new - and white. Eventually the manager came over and offered to pay for drycleaning - only if I brought back a receipt - no "gosh I'm sorry we ruined your special evening. Let me give you a free dessert". The cleaners could not get the stain out after two tries so the outfit had to be replaced. The manager would not believe that could possibly be the case. I had to take in a receipt for the cleaning, a receipt for the outfit, and bring back the item to show that in fact it would not come clean. Not only were they in the wrong, but they were very rude and unhelpful. I'll never go there again.

I really enjoyed our Mother's day meal there. The staff were especially attentive to my handicapped mom, and made the whole dining experience wonderful for us. The steaks were done to perfection, and the desserts were to die for. I loved the whole dining experience.
