I have been going to Los Cucos since they were located on Jura and the restaurant was small. They make great red and green sauces to start you off with. One of the best dishes on their menu is the stuffed avocado. The El Panchito is another fabulous dish seafood lovers should try. I do ask them to bring back the taco meat flavoring they had 5 years ago. Many of my friends agree their taco meat or seasoning has changed and is not as tasty. Angela 3-20-07 Queen of Sabine

This has got to be one of Houstons best Mexican restaurant. Its a huge, beautifully decorated place. done in an Old Mexico feel. It does get to be a bit noisy at times....but its just everyone enjoying themselves. Their staff makes you feel right at home, We've always found them to be very family oriented, as we usually bring our kids and grandkids here alot. The kids really love the sandbox and jungle-gym play area....it keeps them busy till our food is ready. The food here is just fantastic. We have tried many items on the menu. Everything is always served up fresh and delicious! Their serving sizes are huge too! Price wise... I think they are about average. They also have a Mariachis band on the weekends to sernade you while you eat dinner. I highly recommend you try their frozen margaritas too!

The food is fantastic, comes out hot and the servings were huge!!! Prices VERY reasonable and the staff is "on their toes". Food came out fast, drinks were never empty. On the last visit there was a Mexican band with very talented singers & instrument players. The inside and outside was wonderfully decorated. This place is always packed, and this is a very big restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant. When you sit down, you get free chips and 2 kinds of dip. I am serious when i say this is the best Mexican i have ever had. You HAVE to try this restaurant to live, trust me, you'll be going back again and again.
