I have returned to Gallery Furniture at least five or six times and purchased a complete bedroom and living room set. The reason is quality furniture, affordable prices, exceptional service and "Mattress Mack's" work ethic which is reflected throughout the business. I also like the prompt delivery and setup service these people are tremendous..I will not go any where else for my furniture needs. Last of all Gallery Furniture does a load of charitable contributions throughout the Houston area. Mack gives back to the community in a BIG way! Way to go Gallery!

After having a 10,000 oak tree demolish our home and the hot water heater flood our home, we lost many of our belongings and all of our furniture. Several months later, our home is rebuilt and we were able to furnish our new home entirely from Gallery Furniture. After shopping around, we decided to stick with Gallery where the service was exceptional and we were like family. In two days, we furnished our home and are VERY pleased with Gallery and all our new furniture. Thank you to Mack and his great staff for a job well done!

After shopping around at several stores to furnish our home, I stuck with Galleray and am very pleased. They provided exceptional customer service, we were treated like family, and were never pressured to buy. They matched any price of any surronding store and many times would beat the price. My only regret is shopping around at other stores. If we ever need furniture again, we will go straight to Gallery. Thanks to Mack and his team, my family and I are very comfortable in our home with great quality furniture that will last for years to come. Thank you to Mack and the Gallery family!

I had a wonderful and unforgetable experience about 6-7 years ago at Gallery Furniture and I'd like to let the world know. I found myself wanting to purchase a certain mattress one partucular night but unforturnately a slight emergency developed. I called Gallery Furniture and told the salesman which mattress I wanted but I needed for them to orchestrate the transaction rather quickly. The salesman told me that I would receive a confirmation call within 5 minutes. Lord and behold, it was Mattress Mack himself. He gave me instructions on what I needed to do so that when I arrived at the store, the transaction would go smooth and quickly. Sure enough, everything was right on time which allowed me to handle the emergency without a hitch. This left such an impression on me that I was able to recall it when I had an unforgettable experience at the Dump as well. But, unfortunately, it was a bad experience. You see, due to poor workmanship, I lost 6 new dining room chairs on I-10 East one November night. I spoke to 3 seperate so-called managers and got nowhere. They all hid behind the waiver I signed after they haphazardly loaded my merchandise on my truck. After everthing said and done, I've got a huge unpaid bill and nothing to show for. I really upset the district manager when I mentioned my experience with Gallery Furniture. I told him he needed to follow Mack's lead when it comes to true customer service. I'v said it before and I'll say it again, it's good to know that there's someone like Mack who really cares for his customers and has not forgotten his roots.

Our shopping at Gallery Furniture was wonderful! We had fun, laughed and really enjoyed everyone who worked with us. We also had an onsite decorator, John, who came out to our home in Sugar Land and and helped us with putting colors, fabrics, etc. together for the perfect fit . If I didn't have that kind of service, I know I would not have made a purchase the next day. I am a customer for life.

When my daughter and I needed a new dining set for our new home quickly, we thought of Gallery furniture. They advertise same day delivery and I have known others who got their purchase the same day, so we decided to give it a try. How surprised I was when we arrived and were immediately greeted with excellent service. The selections were awesome and affordable. We never felt pressured to buy anything, but it was hard to resist the tempting offers. Before we left, we had ordered more than just the dining set. The sales staff were so courteous and treated us like family, serving us hot dogs, cookies and sodas. And best of all, they helped keep the two kids happy and entertained. We would recommend Gallery Furniture to our friends and family. It’s a great place to buy quality furniture and get excellent customer service. And the delivery is truly same day with courteous and considerate movers. A great experience!
