Perhaps Walgreens has veered to far from the drug store days.. Lost are the days of quality customer service in the pharmacy. Too busy trying to compete for lower prices on frozen pizza and blue bell, not gonna happen. Recently in Houston I have had the misfortune of having my prescription quantities reversed. Controlled substances I might ad. I thought seriously about reporting the store to the FDA or appropriate agency. I reconsidered after realizing no harm had been done other than a slight inconvenience. Perhaps the ratio of pharmacy techs to pharmacists needs adjustment. Mis-counting and wrong labeling has occurred three times this year alone. Now it seems they are too busy to locate my medication for me in there system and left me to locate my own medication. I will and assure you I will locate it, only not at Walgreens. As the song goes "just keep on using me until you use me up" I'm done.
